Holiday Club Days for children aged between 8 and 10 years, to enjoy a variety of activities.
Camp notes
ARRIVAL INFORMATION:
Please enter via the main gates of Grittleton House (SN14 6AP) and head down the driveway to be met by a member of the Grittleton Adventures Team. Please stay in your car until you get to the front of the queue. You will be asked to sign your child in from your car window and then you will drive back down the driveway, leaving your child with our team to enjoy their day.
Arrivals is a rolling process between 8.30am and 9am. So please drop your children off within this window unless you have paid for an Early Drop off in which case you can drop off anytime from 8am.
PICK UP INFORMATION:
This will work in exactly the same way as arrivals but in reverse. Again, please wait in your car until you get to the front of the queue. Your child will be brought out to you.
Children will be ready to collect from at 5pm through until 5.30pm. If you have paid for a Late Pick Up you can collect you child up until 6pm.
Ensure that we know who is collecting your child at the end of each day. We will only allow adults named on the child’s form to collect each child. They will need to show photographic ID and know your security password.
If for any reason you are unsure of who is collecting or your circumstances change throughout the day, the lead booker must contact our Manager on 07733945386 to confirm who is collecting. Safe words may be used, if required.
WHAT TO BRING:
Please can children bring the following equipment for their day with us:
• Packed Lunch (please note we are a nut free centre, so please ensure any food you pack doesn't contain nuts of any kind)
• Refillable Water Bottle
• Sun hat/sun cream
• Waterproof coat
• Suitable seasonable appropriate clothing - Trousers/leggings or shorts are ideal.
• Comfortable walking shoes/trainers
• A bag to store everything (rucksack, holdall)
Outdoor activities can be muddy and wet, so check the weather forecast, be prepared, and choose clothing sensibly. Outdoor activities are always lots of fun so don’t let a bit of mud or rain put you off – this is part of the fun!
